Privacy Policy

ReelNab is built to collect as little as possible. You do not create an account, and we never ask for your name, phone number or any sign-in to use the service. This policy explains what is and is not processed when you use the site.

What we do not collect

No accounts, no profiles, no advertising identifiers. We do not ask who you are, and we do not build a history of what you download.

Links and requests

A link you paste is used only to fetch the media you asked for. It is processed in memory and may appear in short-lived server logs used for debugging, security and rate limiting. Those logs also contain your IP address and are kept for no longer than 7 days, then deleted automatically.

Files you upload or download

Files handled by the downloader and by the metadata cleaner are written to a temporary folder with a random name, never inspected by a person, and never shared. A prepared download is deleted shortly after you receive it, and within 15 minutes if you never fetch it. Uploaded files are deleted as soon as the result is ready. We do not keep copies of your video or audio.

Cookies and analytics

ReelNab does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The page may keep a small preference in your browser's local storage (for example, a remembered option); that value stays on your device. If we measure traffic, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that count page views in aggregate and cannot identify you. We do not sell data. If third-party advertising is ever added, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Service providers

The site runs on a rented server and uses Cloudflare for DNS and for email routing. When you write to contact@reelnab.com, Cloudflare Email Routing forwards your message to our inbox, so your email address and the content of your message reach us and our mail provider. Video and audio you download comes from the source platform (TikTok, YouTube or Instagram); your request to that platform is subject to their own privacy terms.

International transfers

Our server and providers may be located outside your country. By using the service you consent to your request being processed there.

Children

ReelNab is not directed to children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, please use it only with a parent or guardian.

Your choices and contact

Because we hold almost no data tied to you, there is little to request or delete, but you can still reach us with any privacy question or a request about your server logs at contact@reelnab.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
